Excellent Dr Gaty! There is so much difference that the generous and loving attention of a skilled teacher/parent can make in the life of a child who begins to see that they’re actually not a failure, but capable of great things, good things, beautiful things. I agree!
another example i should've used is our latest college football national champion and heisman winner, Fernando Mendoza. Rejected by over 100 schools, third stringer at Cal, transfers to Indiana under a brilliant coach who sees his talent... and the rest is history.
